Who we are

I AM Ministry and Lighthouse Counselling Services work together in partnership. Lighthouse was founded by Margriet in 2010 with the intension to provide clients with counselling from a Godly perspective.

Not only does Lighthouse offer counselling from a Godly perspective, your counsellor Margriet Stoffman (BSc, MA), believes that counselling should be accessible to everyone. She does not turn anyone away!

Margriet is dedicated to the Lord and her clients. She strives to make the counselling process comfortable yet challenging. She helps clients make the changes they need to make to move forward in their lives. 

Meet your therapist

Hello I am Margriet. I graduated with my Master's degree in 2010. I am a member of the CCPA (Canadian Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association) and CPA (Canadian Psychological Association). God called me into counselling over 10 years ago and I just love helping my clients get back on the path God has for them.
